4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Information:
Shipping costs for all orders within Tenerife will be free. For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the artwork and the destination country. Small paintings typically range from €10 to €90, while large paintings (over 1m x 1m) range from €90 to €700 due to special handling requirements.
4.2 Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
4.3 Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sarah Curtenaz is not responsible for delays due to customs.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Original Artworks:
Please reach out to us directly to discuss returns within 7 days. Unfortunately, the costs for shipping cannot be refunded.
5.2 Damaged Items:
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sarah Curtenaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any products.
